Film-packing 220V + 380V automatic shrinkable film packing machine for cigarettes

Performance Characteristics:

1.High temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, sealing action without smoking and burned. Sealed part is tidy and clean.

2. Covering Teflon on the sealing knife.

3. After sealing action, packing product go in the shrink tunnel automatically by the conveyor belt.

4. Conveyor belt is adjustable on the high by a hand wheel.

5. BTL-450A has a manual/auto switch. When choose auto function, Whole sealing action controlled by cylinder automatically, with fast packing speed.

6. Double electromagnets make stronger pressure.

7. Adjustable film layer with needle device, it is able to fit different size film, max 550mm.

8.Sealing knife has hot protection device on.

Summary :
This flow wrapping machine is designed to unitize product packs as well as to individually package piece products in three seal bags ("Flow Pack"). Suitable for non shape ( irregular ) products as well as normal product.
Film go from buttom , a provision to operate with a photo sensor that reads photo marks on a packaging film,feed film to the collar shape bag former from underneath. 
The machine design makes it possible to package products having various shapes: parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex bodies. Bags are made of heat sealed film in reels.

Machine cover is milk white color , product contact part is stainless steel .
The following products can be packaged :

1. Piece- product packaging:
         Bread , chocolate enrobed cheese bar , cards, popsicles, cookies, waffles, ice trowels, cotton wool, soap ,etc.
2. Group packaging :
   Waffles, meat chops, bakery, soap, sponges, biscuit with tray etc.
3. Non standard products ( customization)
   Individual spoon, fork, knives, also suit for packing spoon ,fork, knife , napkin , toothpick ,etc all in one pack.
